News: Publication in Food and Energy Security
CropBooster-P mainly focuses on increasing future crop yields, on increasing the resource use efficiency of crops and on adapting crops to future climate conditions. But it is important that these crop improvements do not lead to a reduced nutritional quality of our food. Therefore, we also have investigated the options we have to maintain, and even improve the nutritional quality of our future crops.
The results of this study now have been published in Food and Energy Security.
