Novel web-application developed for the CropBooster-P Database

Workpackage 1 of the CropBooster-P project has generated a database presenting the most relevant data, techniques and genetic pathways underlying plant yield, sustainability and nutritional quality. The database forms an in-depth expert annotated resource capturing the major advances in yield-related plant research over the past years. This database thereby forms a state-of-the-art resource to identify the genetic basis of plant traits that can be exploited to future-proof our current crops.

In order to enhance searchability and user-friendliness of the database, we have transferred the database to a novel web-based application (https://cropbooster-p.wur.nl) allowing easy retrieval of the most relevant options that currently exist to further improve our crops.
